KB five bell frame - this frame screws onto the wooden part of the cart pad, the image with it shows a similar frame on a cart  pad with plumes and an extra bell terret threaded into the top, this frame has a removable acorn on the top that you can screw a plume into the thread is 1/4 inch whitworth. size ia about 11 inches tall and 71/2 inches wide with about 7 inches between the screw holes. Can be plated in nickel or chrome to order, would take about 2 weeks.
